super clean room friendly staff excellent bar
My room had everything I needed and was super clean. I found the staff very friendly and helpful during check-in. The bar and restaurant provided excellent service. The food tasted great. Views of the lake added to the overall experience.

Acceptable Stay with Room for Improvement

old smell lack of air conditioning
The grounds were quite nice , and it was easy to reach the location by car.
The room was not cleaned to a high standard , and there were cobwebs in several places. The soft furnishings had an old smell , which was not pleasant. The lack of air conditioning in the room.

good size tea facilities wrong direction small room
the room was a good size. i liked there was tea and coffee facilities in the room, its was really great. the grounds were awesome and i enjoyed the view from the restaurant, its looked over the lake.
upon arrive i was sent in the wrong direction to my room and i wandered the corridor looking for some sign. the room itself was small, its not really what i expected. the breakfast have not a lot of options.
